Enhanced Curb Appeal – Eye catching curb appeal is an invitation to every buyer. My landscape suggestions and exterior staging techniques will help create those inviting first impressions. I want create the desire and the spark for buyers to see the rest of your house. With that very first look, they must think, “Wow! Just look at that house! I really like it… Gosh, this could be the one! Let’s see the rest.” Thus, my first step in successful staging starts with enhancing the curb appeal and having the buyers envisioning themselves living in the property.

Full House Staging - I can make over your house and have it more visually appealing to a broad range of qualified buyers. The key is to clear out clutter and to clean, clean, clean. My staging services start with a two-hour initial consultation visit followed with a written report. For some, the report is all they need and opt to do everything themselves. For others, I can offer a professional cleaning service, then prepare and stage your entire house for sale with or without our rented furniture and accent accessories. If your house is already listed with a Broker or an Agent I can work with them and stage your house using various techniques and services to complement and extend the listing. My philosophy is that you are the Customer and as such you are in the driver’s seat. I am on the Seller’s team with your best interest at heart. I can do as little or as much as you desire. At the end of the day, I want your house to be at its best for showing to all potential buyers.

Repairs and Accent Renovations – Are any home repairs needed? If so, then my advice is to do them now, before the buyer’s home inspector arrives and the negotiations begin. Accent Properties, LLC is also a Virginia Class A Contractor, and as such, we can ensure that those repairs are accomplished in conjunction with the desired staging services.
